Shinto Lance Pipe is formed a Fe-Al alloy layer of high concentrated aluminum inside and outside of a carbon steel pipe by our Calorizing treatment.
This alloy layer does never exfoliate unlike other platings, and prevents oxidation of pipes at high temperature.
The outermost surfaces on both the inside and outside of the pipe have a ceramic coating to protect the pipe from oxygen, molten steel, slag, and other materials for improved durability.
